HomePCRepairs offers diagnostic, optimization, system organization, and remote or on-site technical support services for personal computers. Services do not include hacking, installation of illegal software, cryptocurrency mining, or fraudulent activities.
The user agrees to provide truthful information about the condition of the equipment, not to request actions contrary to the law, and to maintain backup copies of their data before any intervention. HomePCRepairs is not responsible for the loss of unbacked data.
HomePCRepairs' liability is limited to the value of the contracted service. Damages resulting from misuse, undetected pre-existing viruses, unreported hardware failures, or unauthorized third-party interventions are not covered.
The user may cancel the service at any time before it begins. Once the intervention has started, no refunds will be made. For recurring services, cancellation must be notified at least 48 hours in advance.
HomePCRepairs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the website and will take effect 15 days after publication. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new conditions.
